Deliveries
We deliver our products to both "do it yourself" and companies. With DHL, we can deliver all over Sweden.
Delivery with DHL takes about 1-4 days. Don't forget identification when you pick up the package!
- DHL home delivery (to the door) all orders -> Delivery cost SEK 190
- DHL service point SEK 95. Orders over SEK 1500 -> Delivery cost SEK 0.00
Before painting, be careful and check that you have received what you ordered, if you ordered paint, always check that the color matches the previously painted surface. If you suspect something is wrong, do not use all the color and contact our customer service. We do not reimburse for painting where the color does not match.
Many car colors are available in several variants, if nothing else is specified, the standard color is sent. If you are unsure about your color shade, contact our customer service for advice. If the price of what you ordered from us changes for any reason, we will notify you of this. This can be, for example, a special color such as chameleon color or similar. On such occasions, we also give you the opportunity to cancel the product in question if you wish.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to broken color, as the product is produced according to the customer's wishes.
The payment
The customer has the opportunity to choose between the following payment methods.
1. Klarna Invoice
Buy now and pay after delivery!
By choosing Klarna Invoice you can shop safely, you never have to enter any card numbers and the option to pay after you have received the goods delivered.
- Always the goods delivered before you pay
- You have 14 days to pay.
- You never need to enter a credit card number.
- Always 14 days right of return (customer pays for the return) according to the Distance Trading Act
- You can download your invoice from Klarna.se
- You have the option to pay your invoice in installments.
If you are late with the payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 and a late payment interest of 11.50% will be added to your invoice. In connection with your purchase, a check of the social security number will take place. The handling of social security numbers takes place in accordance with the Personal Data Act and section 5. Your personal data may be used in the marketing of our goods.
2. Klarna Installment payment
You have the option of choosing the partial payment option if your order exceeds SEK 1,000. You can then choose to pay your order in 3, 6, 12 or 36 months. The cost per month depends on the installment option you choose.
3. Klarna Account
The amount on the account is reduced by the final amount 1/24 of the total purchase amount. At least SEK 90 a month. You specify yourself what you want to pay.
4. Paypal
Your card payment is secured by bilackering.eu using payment services from PAYPAL ( https://www.paypal.com/se/ ). PAYPAL is approved by all Swedish banks and certified according to PCI DSS by VISA and MasterCard to mediate payment transactions in the highest security class. All communication between the store and your bank is handled by PAYPAL and is encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can see that the payment is made on a secure page by the fact that the address on the payment page starts with https:// and that a padlock appears in the lower right corner of your browser in the window where you enter the card number. We therefore never have access to the card information and therefore cannot register or store your card details. PAYPAL also supports 3D Secure to identify the cardholder when purchasing on the Internet and thereby reduce the risk of misuse of card details. If your card is connected to 3D Secure, you will be transferred to your bank for verification before the payment is approved.
5. Company invoice
Payment is made against an invoice sent from our financial system. Only approved entrepreneurs with an account have access to this option. With each purchase a credit check will be carried out.
Order cancellations
When canceling your order, you will be charged for the merchandise value of all mixed shades, as well as handling and shipping costs.
In the event that the product you have ordered is damaged or faulty, please return it to us for evaluation. If the fault lies with us, we will send a new product or replace the delivery. If you are unsure how to handle the situation, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Approval of the VOC directives
By accepting the general conditions, you commit to using the products, which have a VOC value above 420g/litre, with the following requirements:
- A place that has industrial painting standards or where you have permission to use products with higher VOC values.
- Museum or special vehicle painting
- New vehicles or painting of body parts
At the same time, billackering.eu disclaims all responsibility regarding how and where the products, which do not comply with EU directives regarding VOCs, are used.
The handling of personal data
The personal register is used to establish/maintain contact with the customer and for marketing. The customer data is used for bilackering.eu marketing directly to the customer and the customer can always easily remove themselves from mailing lists. We will never resell the customer's data to third parties. If the customer wishes, he can contact us about completely removing the customer data from our systems. We will send out a request to share product ratings on the products that the customer bought, this will be sent out automatically after 1 month. Leaving product ratings is voluntary.
By ordering, you accept the above-mentioned general conditions and handling of personal data (GDPR).
Cookies
