MIPA Nanolac CS44 1L has a so-called easy-to-clean effect.

First-class protection against micro scratches (e.g. from car washing). Can be used on both water-based and solvent-based varnishes.

Meets the requirements regarding VOC values ​​for both the EU and the USA (VOC<420g/L)

Usage :

• The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free.
• Mix ratio; MIPA 2K-HS- CLEARCOAT CS 44 is mixed 2:1 with MIPA 2K-HS 25 or HS 35 hardener. Repair painting with HS 10 hardener.
• Thinner; spray viscosity 20-22s 4mm DIN, MIPA 2K-VERDUNNUNG thinning . Thinning amount 10-15%.
• 10-12m²/l
• Use 0.7 bar working pressure.
• Evaporation; 5-10 min between color layers.
• Should be used within 2.5 hours of HS 25 and HS 35 hardeners, 1h of HS 10 hardeners.
• Surface thickness 50-60?m
• Drying time; Dust dry at 20C, 30 min. At 60C 5min.
