Solid eller metallic
En metallic-lack har ett glittrande utseende och en solid är helt enfärgad.
Alla metallic-kulörer är s.k. baslacker eller BC=Base coat.
Det innebär lite förenklat att metallic-lacken gör kulören. Medan skyddet och glansen finns i klarlacken.
Akryl lacken får en blank och hård yta utan klarlack.
Tips:
Du märker det med engång när du börjar att slipa på bilen om det är en solid eller en bas+klarlack som ligger på bilen. Blir slipdammet vitt/klart så är det klarlack, blir slipdammet färgat så är det en solid färg.
