Mipa 2K-Multifiller 1L - light grey

Mipa 2K Multifiller quick-drying primer/sanding primer that can also be used wet on wet. Fits steel, iron, aluminium, galvanized, also most plastics in the automotive industry.

As a base for plastic. Most plastics used in the automotive industry such as PP-EPDM, ABS, PC, ABS-PC, PMMA, PUR, PVC and GRP).

Can be used as a sanding primer , or wet in wet filling primer.

Mixing ratio :
MIPA Multifiller is mixed with MIPA 2K-HÄRTER H10 kurz (fast) or H5 extra kurz (extra fast) – These hardeners are mixed 4:1.

HS10 hardener 6:1 mixing ratio.

Thinner:

- Grinding primer 25-35 s DIN 4 mm -thinning 0-5% hardener H5 and H10 4:1 or thinning 5-10% and Hardener HS10 6:1

- Wet on wet 15-20 s DIN 4 mm thinning 10-15% hardener H5 or H10 4:1 or thinning 25-30% and Hardener HS10 6:1

- Plastic 15-20 s DIN 4 mm -thinning 10-15% hardener H5 or H10 4:1 or thinning 25-30% and Hardener HS10 6:1

Pressure: 1.6 - 2 bar

Nozzle: 1.2 – 1.8 mm

Layers: 1-3

Between layers: 5 - 8 min (10 -15 min before oven)

Usage time: approx. 1 h at room temperature (20 °C)

Layer thickness: Depending on the area of ​​use approx. 20 – 180 μm.
- Sanding primer, 60 - 180 μm
- Wet in wet filler, 40 - 60 μm
- plastic 20 - 30 μm

Drying time: At 20c sanding dry approx. 4 - 5 h, Wet in wet can be overpainted after approx. 15 - 20 min.
