Troton Master C38 VHS clear coat 1.5L

A new clear coat from troton, Troton Master C38 VHS 2:1. Combines fast drying time with long pot life.

• 1L + 0.5L hardener yes 0.25L thinner
• Mixing ratio: 2:1, dilution approx. 0 - 10%
• Pot life: 3.5h at 20°C
• Drying time: 3h 20°C or 15 min at 60°C
• Fully cured: 7 days at 20°C
• Layer: 1.5+1 first thinner layer and then wet layer, possibly one more layer.
• Between layers approx. 5 - 10 min
• Nozzle HVLP: 1.3 - 1.4mm air pressure approx. 2bar.

Description:

High-quality 2K acrylic clearcoat for car repairs with very low content of volatile substances. The short drying time (3 hours at 20 degrees) in combination with the extended use time of the mixture enables partial and total painting of the gel car body.

Performance :

1 liter of the mixture is enough to paint 10m2 of surface with a thickness of 60µm.
