Troton 2K Washprimer 0.8L

Troton acid-based primer (wash primer)

It provides a good attachment surface and good rust protection. Contains 0.8L + activator 0.4L

2K etching polyvinyl primer with very high anti-rust properties for car repairs.

Designed specifically for wet-on-wet application.

• Wash primer can be applied to:
• Steel and aluminum after matting and degreasing.
• Galvanized and galvanized steel after matting and degreasing.
• Polyester body fillers and putty.
• Old surface treatments in good condition after matting and degreasing.
• Good pre-treatment of the surface is essential to achieve the best repair results.

Instructions:

• Mixing ratio: 2:1
• After mixing, the paint must "ripen" for 10-15 minutes before you start spraying.
• Spray viscosity: 17-19s DIN4 20c
• Usable for 24h at 20c.
• Nozzle: 1.2-1.4mm
• Number of layers: 1-2 thin layers. (transparent).
• Thickness: 30-40my
• Evaporation time: approx. 10 min between spray layers. Let the filler dry for approx. 30 min.
• You must apply filler/sanding primer or primer wet on wet. Do not apply epoxy or car paint directly to this primer.
• Drying time: Dust dry approx. 15min, dry 20c heat approx. 1h
