Profix CP 2016 VHS - clear coat 1L + hardener 0.25L Very easy to lay and gives a glossy and durable surface.

Fast-drying 2k clear coat with good durability, and does not yellow with age. Easy to lay and does not run easily. Suitable for full painting and repair painting.

Mixing ratio: 4:1 (thinning not necessary).
The nozzle: 1.2 - 1.4mm and approx. 2 bar.
Layer: 1.5 - 2 layers, first thinner and then full layer or two full.
Evaporation: about 5 minutes between layers.
Curing time at 20 degrees: Dust dry approx. 30 min, assembly dry approx. 6h, fully cured approx. 10h.
Curing time at 60 degrees approx. 30 min + cooling.
Curing time with IR: 15 min + cooling.
Pot life: approx. 1h
Viscosity: 17s DIN 4mm
About 6 - 7 m2/L (at about 40 - 50 my)
Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture, hardener 9 months from date of manufacture.
